You can then post and mention that it was phoned in.
If this keeps up someday someone is going to report a house fire on this site. People have already reported a natural gas odor, an burglar alarm, and a chemical spill on this site. People start using the phone before there is a tragedy..How would you feel if it could have been avoided had you used the phone?

If the police immediately dispatch somebody with a chainsaw and a pair of loppers, I will be very pleasantly surprised. It is a good that you reported this on this site but it should have been reported first by phone. Certain things can't be left to chance. I once reported a stop sign blocked by a tree branch to the police and it was taken care in a timely matter.
