No crosswalks painted on busy pedestrian intersection outside VA Hospital near UPenn. There are crosswalk lights but 3 of 4 sides of the intersection don't have crosswalks painted on the street. Cars are frequently confused and patients, students, and employees who use this heavily trafficked foot path are left to dodge cars even when they have the crosswalk signal.
