Description

Apartment complex located at 2101 Grove Ave is blocking the ally behind it with excessive trash. As dictated by city code an apartment building may only have 4 cans, any volume above this is required to switch to a commercial company. Per the picture attached this building has 8 trash cans. In addition, the tenants continue to put old furniture in the ally as well including couches, TVs (in the picture), coffee tables, etc. This is a violation of code as well as a nuisance for the neighborhood. Please help!
