On 07/19/2014 at the park on south street there was a party and none of the kids on the street could use the park because they had tables where they play basket ball and there is a sign there that says no alcohol but they were drinking with load music this is the second time it has happened some one called the police the first time but a car road by but did not stop to do any thing at least they cleaned up and baged there trash and put it at the trash can thought u had to have a permit to have a party at a public park but any way
