Description

This sidewalk was repaired 15 years ago but the repair is no longer sufficient. I tree is pushing the sidewall up. A pedestrian recently had a trip accident and threatened to sue me for damages even though the walk was clean and complete dry and ice free. I fear someone will try to sue if this sidewalk isn't replaced with new concrete.
