The sidewalk from 1734-1738 Dickinson and on the 18th St. side of the corner property is entirely blocked off with a chain link fence. There is no permit posted allowing the sidewalk to be blocked off. This makes the intersection dangerous for both motorists and pedestrians as people often cross the intersection on a diagonal because of the fence.
