The RED traffic lights are not working at the intersection of Logan Circle (south side) and southbound 13th Street NW. The traffic at this intersection has a "No Turn on Red" sign. However, since the red light is not working, the traffic doesn't stop. This creates an extremely hazardous situation for pedestrians since they have a "walk" sign when the traffic light is supposed to be red. The red light is out, and at the same time, the "walk" sign is illuminated. The traffic zooms through not realizing they have to stop for pedestrians. Please fix this ASAP.

Intersection is now cycling and functioning according to design
