I have reported this incident for almost 2 years now when they did the street and got concrete down into the overflow which is causing the water not to go down into the overflow so when it rains or when it snows and it freezes up I have a nice little ice pond in front of my house they need to send a jackhammer truck out to break up the concrete so the water can go down I did not have this problem until they fix the street when can I get this problem resolved it has been reported by me and my sons over and over and over again since the summer of this year last year the year before last somebody need to do something I pay my taxes faithfully I can't even park in front of my house I'm 62 years old Detroit needs to step up and get that game together thank you

Hi it's me again Debora Swift, I'M reporting the same problem I have been having for 4 years now, and that's is the water not going down into the overflow basin because it is still concrete down in the basin
that is keeping the water from going all the way down in it.How long is it going to take for the City to fix
this problem.
