I am filing this under Other because Graffiti is not an option (but I hope you'll consider adding that!)

I'm happy to upload more photos but I think if the responsible department will just walk from Dohm Alley through the parking area, back of D'Angelos, up Tulane and the to the corner of Nassau and Vendeventer, you'll see that the CBD is attracting much more tagging. Some of the tags have been here for over 12 months.

Officers checked the area described in the initial complaint and notified all of the businesses with graffiti and explained the measures that need to be taken to remove same.

Ummm. I don't think the issue should be closed until said merchants actually DO whatever. Clearly they were not motivated to do anything before this.

My mind is stretched trying to figure out how a merchant can be held responsible because someone scribbled with a marker on what is clearly a municipal sign. If you say "it has been taken care of", we'll have to take your word for it at this point, but the explanation given did not clearly say that the graffiti were already removed, or by when they would be. Sorry to be difficult.

PSEG (electrical box in TW lot), Department of Public Works (municipal signage) and the property owners were all notified of the graffiti and advised to remove it. As per town ordinance B22-4, the graffiti has to be removed within ten days of the property owners notification. In the event it is not removed, this issue will be further investigated.
