West Midwood has been invaded by taxis. There are many complaints including speeding, dumping garbage, abusing parking, etc. The problems are not just on Westminster Road but throughout the neighborhood. The problem has gotten significantly worse with the advent of the green taxis. We need CB14 to take this issue seriously and set up a special meeting with representatives of DOT and the TLC as well as neighborhood representatives present. Thank you.
