Description
The designation is this way for west-bound traffic, and it works well. Why is it not already for east-bound traffic? The current arrangement encourages aggressive drivers to push in front of cars in the right lane, before the lane ends (immediately). I have seen many people push the light to get in front, and create problems for west-bound.

I also agree this needs to be fixed. I have drawn up the issue. Please correct me if I have shown it incorrectly.

I think it would be best if the inside lane was left turn only, and the outside lane was both straight and right turn. I believe this is what you are suggesting as well.
