A nearby neighboor (Visitante)

The legal address of this property is 138-40 N. Front street and it is indeed an eyesore. The owner of the property & his employees park on the lot every day and yet take no responsibility for cleaning and maintaining the lot. The neighboor needs the city to enforce code and get this owner to maintain this corner of Old City in an appropriate manner.
