Tenants are not separating trash from recycling; blue toters are full of leaves and garbage--and therefore have not been emptied in WEEKS. Yet, remarkably, tenants continue to put the garbage-filled blue toters out on the curb every Tues. night. And, of course, the city does not empty them. Property is owned by MARCOS CALLE (according to tax assessor database).
