Not really a pothole but it needs to fall under a category. The snow plows tore up the asphalt sidewalk all the way to 38 South High St. The residents were told by DPW that the sidewalks would be repaired when roadwork was done in Spring. It has not yet occurred. Please confirm it will be repaired this Summer. Thanks. Frank Wright, Ward 3 Alderman
