Yes, the littering in this area is horrendous! It is extremely bad over the weekends, every Monday I have to spend a couple hours picking it up around our building. The drug users are bad in this area too, I find used needles, and empty drug packets all the time, seems the police just sit back and let it happen, they are actually parked on James, River, and Lloyd streets while these activities are going on.
