Should say "because someone turning Left (EAST) onto 1431 from Bagdad made a U-TURN"

Also note: a proper U-Turn for the divided roadway should be made up further at the curb on the median (vs at the crosswalk too close to the driver making a right turn on green arrow. As a Dr. Ed Instructor for 19 yrs, I teach proper and safe U-turns are at the center of the intersection-so if a curb/median-it's there, at a connected roadway that only has solid/broken yellow, it's up at that mid-point. Hello Matt Arnold, and thanks for contacting the City sharing your U-turn incident at Whitestone Blvd at Bagdad Road. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The right turn movement from Whitestone Blvd onto Bagdad Road has the right of way. To address clearly address this, Public Works staff will install an appropriate NO U-TURN sign for Southbound Bagdad Road at Whitestone Blvd. The sign should minimize this issue from occurring again, and if it does, the sign establishes the Right-of-Way for the right turn driver. In a few days you should see a NO U-TURN symbol sign installed onto the span wire of the traffic signal facing the left turn lane of Southbound Bagdad Road traffic.
