There is someone on the third floor at 231 Oliver Street pointing a red laser into the eyes of people walking along Middle Street at night. This happened on Saturday night 07/05/2014. There is a portion of Middle Street that has a big yard without any buildings shielding the laser beam coming from Oliver Street. Every time someone passed by that spot, a red laser was pointed at that persons' eyes!
