说明
I brought my 80-year old mother to the train station on Sunday morning to get the Amtrak to Boston. The elevator was not working and there was no sign to let people know. We had to climb all the way up to Track 4, then the train was switched to Track 3 with no overhead announcement 6 min before arrival. We had to walk all the way back down, go to the other side (no working elevator there apparently, either) and all the way back up. This is in no way ADA compliant, nor does it reflect well on our city.
