There is a construction site at the intersection of Chapel and Howe streets. The work routinely begins before 7 AM on weekdays, causing loud noises next to adjacent residential apartments.

We are working to better manage the "other city responsibility category". In reviewing this issue it seems like noise may be a category we need to create to ensure better response.
It does not appear that construction is currently occurring at this corner so I will close the issue.
