tree are in the real ally covering the the Wires and alley lights, The tree which is interfering with the wires behind 247 Quakenbos St NW and hanging over onto my property. I have called Pepco, Verizon and the city tree management office. No one has done anything about this. You mentioned that you may need to contact the owner of the property
