Description

No trash pick up for days. There are no less than 5 garbage bags piled up as of 7/2/14, noon. No city worker notices this for days??

Is this on the sidewalk? A couple times a week businesses set out trash to be picked up, but I am not sure what Black Bear's situation is.

Those are actually our trash bags. Town Green District (who is not the city) empties the trash cans around the downtown. Those bags are there as a collection point to be picked up by our truck. We do this so not every business in the area has trash bags in front of their door.
