Rental home where owners obviously selling-- request for ordinance change sign in yard-- property has grass grown up to your waste-- and window open on side-- homeless people entering and leaving. Just because a developer owns a property does NOT mean they do not have to maintain the property! The home is not secure-- and encourages undesirable activity that comes from abandoned property. Two houses on Apple Valley Rd across the street have been abandoned and unkept for OVER ONE YEAR. Brookhaven takes no action on code compliance issues.
