Sharraxaadda

Two portable toilets are sitting in Garfield Park. At least one of which has been there several weeks continuously. The toilets make the park look trashy and worst of all, they reek. These should not be allowed to sit in the park except for special events and even then only during the duration of the event. Please remove these from our otherwise beautiful park.
