Beschreibung
The third lane on the right hand most side of Route 50 in order to get on to the Northway in the Northbound direction is too short. In the summer there is always traffic backed up because of the lights and many people must wait to go on the right lane for the Northway but cannot. For a improved approach the Northway lane should be increased in length by 200 feet. With this improvement there would be less traffic. This not only happens during the summer but year round.

This is an issue that needs to be taken up with NYS DOT and they may not do anything until they get to their planned projects for the Arterial in 2014 - 2016.
