The fence surrounding their yard is falling down. It is leaning, rickety, and there are many missing pickets, which keep falling into my yard. There are many holes in the fence. Although it is not my property, I have been forced to repair the fence several times. I have reported this many times over the past eight years. Three years ago I was told by a code compliance person, that the owner would need to replace it within the next year. Nothing has been done. This is a rental property and I have not been able to contact the owner. I have called code compliance 4 times over the past month and a half and have not received a call back.
