As a fellow HC resident, glad to see this one being reported - looks like an ugly one and definitely in need of repair and thanks for stepping up. Just a quick thought... Not clear if "other sections of the block that need attention" means more potholes or different issues entirely. Maybe you can specify what the other problems are?
