What about the rest of the day? I went through tonight about 730 pm and got stuck at Lark while Ulmerton was green again.

Lol. Were you going north or south? I made adjustments to all 3 plans. Both day plans are perfect, even with PEDs. Maybe not enough adjustment to the evening plan. Might not be covering the PEDs on that plan. Hard to do when its split phased on the side street. Let me know how the other plans work.....
