Apartment building leaves super cans on Street 24/7. They have a place in the parking lot behind the apartments for the cans but they keep them on East 12th Street on the sidewalk. I have reported this before and for a while they complied with the ordinance but now they are leav the cans on the sidewalk again.

This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Solid Waste Mgmt Team (20020946450) along with photo so that proper inspection, consideration and handling can take place accordingly.
