Description

Multiple downed trees and accumulated trash at this spot and near the trail head off the park toad are clogging the West River and blocking its flow

The accumulation of trash and uprooted and fallen trees on the Whalley side of the Mid Bridge is worse than when I first reported it.

Part of the trash was removed by volunteers allowing some of the flow to be partially restored. Many fallen trees remain.
