Car parked for the past 2 hours in a no parking zone, and there are reasons why parking is forbidden there, it's blocking visibility and preventing a right turn onto Front at a very dangerous intersection. Car needs to be towed otherwise it's going to happen again and again (I did tell the driver of the car there that it was illegal to park there, so he knew and did not care. He is not from the neighborhood, because he had asked me for directions.
