Once (actually twice) again, people are parking for hours at a stretch on the clearly marked NO-PARKING block of Court Street between Academy and Olive.
It would be awfully decent of the NHPD to come over right now and write a couple of tickets to exercise some negative reinforcement to these children of special privilege.

But they are entitled persons with no regard for rules or other people.
Parking next to them and blocking them in is a good lesson for ignorant people.
BTW you would need to call NHPD, leave a name and number and meet with the officer.Try telling them your concerned they may be blocking access for any emergency vehicles to get up the street.
