I have a similar issue with my "newly renovated" balcony at LakeParkPlaza. A huge puddle forms in the center, due to poor grading, and it is already discoloring the floor. Mosquitoes will be next. I was told by management that drainage grading was not part of McGuire's contract to rebuild the balconies. What??? It only too 2 YEARS to reconstruct! An additional 30minutes per unit to do them right couldn't be done?? Any others with this issue as well?

What does issue closed mean? How about saying "Yes we will fix it," or "No we will not." Someone came out and marked up the sidewalk with spray paint, but only on the east side of the property. The portion of sidewalk along the north side of the property adjacent to Irving Park Road needs to be addressed as well.
