The water fountain in Riverdale Park West (near the wading pool - see photo) has been out of order since last year. I've called 311 more than once, I've also left a message for the parks supervisor and left a message with my city councillor's office, but to no avail. Making matters worse, the water fountain at Allan Gardens is also kaput. Both are on my jogging route.
