Sharraxaadda

The lights at this intersection (at Park Ave and Westfield Ave--where "The Watermark" is) is a nightmare. The first line (coming from Bridgeport, toward Trumbull) is almost constantly red...and yet the next line ( a few yards ahead) is green when that one is red....so by the time cars are finally allowed to go at the first light, the second is red! They should be synchronized.
