Notice mailed to property owner, with an abatement date of Friday, June 27, 2014.

06/30/2014 Spoke to Century 21 Realtor Joe Soares, advised to have property cleared by tomorrow (07/01/2014 4:00 PM). He will speak with owner. If not abated, summons will be issued to owner and town will cut grass/weeds and have tax lien on property.

Followup investigation conducted today (07/02/2014 @ 12:30 PM), no action taken by property owner. Summons being issued and property will be added to list for town to cut.

Matter was turned over to the Kearny Health Dept.
