Description

There is a sign to the right hand side at Higland Ave and Clifton Street saying road closed. People are continuing to take a right onto Clifton, going around the sign onto the wrong side of Higland Avenue. There is a police officer much further up the street going towards the rotary. There is going to be an accident if people keep deliberately ignoring the sign.
