Don’t know the details so I’m not sure this is connected, but the back windshield of a neighbors car was smashed in with a large rock.
He was parked near the now closed Aqui supermarket. I think it happened last Thursday night.
I’m sure he filed a police report because I saw 2 officers by his car with him on Friday.

police response in our neighborhood has been unacceptable in the past year! JCPD - where are you?? please respond to mail theft, car damage/theft, noise complaints, vandalism, harassment, and other calls.
