I apologize for the confusion. I have posted a photo of the building permit for 11 Teresa Ln. It is the conviction of ASA Construction to operate fully within the guidelines of the City of Tybee. If there is indeed a need for a permit, ASA Construction will pull said permit. Thanks for your concern
