Well, it has been 60 days, and I don't see any follow-up here. Isn't SeeClickFix.com a more practical and democratic means of communicating these issues? Why put the burden on citizens to juggle two systems? What makes the Cambridge iReport app superior to SeeClickFix? Perhaps the City should work on integrating the two?

Please be advised that a new catch basin was installed at this location at the end of last week, which is expected to substantially resolve the ponding at this location. Staff will also monitor location to see if minor pavement regarding is also warranted now that the catch basin has been installed.
