Kyle Field construction workers are using residential streets for parking, causing traffic and accidents. Street signs state only 2 hour parking from 8 am to 5, but not being enforced. Trash is also becoming a issue. If city isn't going to do anything, at least enforce trash cans off the streets by next day.
