The delivery drivers for Angelo's Pizza continually park illegally at the corner of Foster and Willow. This makes turning onto Foster very difficult and unsafe.

In particular, a champagne Saturn (plate #: CT 9AD-3AK) is a frequent offender and terrible driver. Twice in the past 24 hours, I have witnessed him driving recklessly on a delivery run.
1) 6/4/14: He went in reverse up the street and made an illegal reverse K-turn onto Willow while cutting off other drivers.

2) 6/5/14: He drove on the left side of the street and started turn left onto Willow; he then turned sharply to go the other direction on Willow and almost hit my car.
