Since the city isn't going to respond to See Click Fix, you should either call the city, LCI or go directly to the construction company. Their name is on the side of the mobile trailers they have parked on the site. I think its Gilbane, but I can't remember exactly. Reputable construction companies should make a good faith effort to please neighbors.

If you call the City it will be entered into SeeClickFix as well. The City is making some changes with their back-end processes that may effect their responsiveness here as I understand it. All messages here are getting to City Hall and the proper departments.

Ben, I am unfamiliar with the inner-workings of the city, but judging by the sheer number of unacknowledged and unanswered SCF posts it would appear that the vast majority of posts don't in fact get to the proper department - or even make it to city hall, for that matter. I want to believe you, because having an online forum that directly connects citizens with folks who can actually make a difference and get things done would be awesome. The city may be making changes, but until posts that have gone unanswered for years start getting acknowledged, SCF is unfortunately not a good tool for city-citizen interaction (unless you are contacting the DPW or the Parks Department who seem to be on top of it).

I promise you that they are receiving the issues. There's not much more I can do than that so you'll just have to trust me :)
