There are actually several issues. The grass and weeds are over 8" and are growing up through the evergreen bushes in the front and on the north side of the house. There are 2 disabled cars in the driveway with flat tires and, have been there over two years with no tags. There is trash and brush with last year's leaves he never raked up piled up in the side yard and along his driveway. Trash carts are always in the front yard and usually near the street but not where the trash drivers are able to get to them. We, myself and several neighbors, have reported this owner several times in the past. Little, if anything is done to correct the issues. Last year when I reported the weed problem, he found it necessary to spray my grass with Roundup. I have since replanted my grass. This is a large concern of the neighborhood especially us because we are trying to sell our home. There have been potential buyers ask about the condition of the neighbors yard and why it is in the shape it's in. This is a detriment in selling our home. Any assistance you can give to us will be greatfully appreciated by us and the surrounding neighbors.
