Description

Traffic jam at 5pm on Trumbull ... Coming IN to town? Poorly timed light at Whitney leads to unnecessary traffic.

Traffic Study not needed (Guest)

Traffic is like this all day long from morning until night due to the closer of RT 34 exits. No other alternate routes were established to allow traffic into city, therefore all other exits are now over capacity.
