Description

Dumping -- sofa and mattress in creek bed of Mine Creek, easily seen from the greenway side of the creek (line of site from an installed park bench on the trail). It appears to have been tossed down into the ravine from the far side (adjacent to Trails of North Hills apartment complex). Note: it's nearly impossible to spot the debris from the other side without knowing where to look because creek bed is well below grade of Generation Drive. So as the crow flies, walk toward creek from apartment A of Bldg 1810 -- it is closest to the point where the debris landed. Then look over the cliff edge. Even though it's visible from the trail, to get debris out, count on accessing it from the Generation Drive side of the ravine and be prepared to pull the items up a steep cliff.
