House is owned by an out-of-state company. It is red tagged and has been unoccupied except for critters for years. Back taxes are accruing. It looks awful. There is a loose plastic tarp flapping over a leaky roof. Neighbors have started mowing between street and sidewalk. Why isn't the land owner being held accountable?
