Over 100 feet of potholes and crumbling pavement. Please check and discern if this is city or landlord responsibility.

Several more holes need filling. There's a large hole at the driveway to the theater

This is one of several streets that really need to be milled and repaved but a filled hole is better than nothing I suppose. Let's hope this winter wont be as devastating as the last. Otherwise the city will need an asphalt plant for all the street work that will be needed.
