Does the company doing road construction on Tierra Verde have any responsibility for cleaning up the debris they leave? The Bayway South is covered with pieces of pavement, tar, gravel, etc from their work. The rocks and tar bits spray up from car tires to hit the cars behind them and bicyclers have skidded around trying to ride through the gravel.
