Description
Need pedestrian traffic signal for safe crossing at intersection of W Millbrook Rd an Pickwick Dr. pedestrians crossing road and motorists pulling out from Andover Apartments are unable to see cars coming around the bend. Lots of car accidents at Andover and I’ve personally have seen scary situations involving pedestrians trying to cross the highway (a woman with 3 children and an elderly woman with a cane). A blind curve coupled with many more speeding cars has made this a very unsafe condition.

A. Bend in highway prevents motorists from seeing pedestrians and cars entering highway. Speeding cars further aggravate the situation. Public housing neighbors cross to go to work or the bus stop at Townridge. Several school bus stops here also.
