Opis
Traffic cones were set up to close one lane southbound on Belcher Rd/Main St. Traffic this morning backed up all the way to Saddlehill Rd. It took 15 minutes to get from Saddlehill Rd to Main St! The road construction signs need to be moved further north on Belcher so that there isn't so much of a bottleneck and the drivers are aware of whats going on.
